The Sea Hag returns from a long sea voyage and decides Olive Oyl's house is the perfect place for her shore lodgings. With a voodoo spell, she makes Olive her zombie slave. Popeye finds out and tries to snap Olive out of the spell. But the Sea Hag makes a wax doll of Popeye and ties its arms with her magic voodoo hair. The doll's predicament becomes Popeye's, and now his arms are stuck to his sides. Only Eugene the Jeep can help Popeye now.
