While on duty at the reception, the grads meet Mahoney's childhood friend Ben, now the hired help, whom bride-to-be Debbie has fallen in love with instead. Ben's plans to save Debbie from her arranged marriage turn nasty, when the actors originally hired for a faux kidnapping decide to carry it out for real.
