Modest Vartan and adventurer Gera work as car painters in a garage cooperative in a cozy southern town. But both of them don't have enough money. Vartan dreams of a wedding with a neighbor with whom he is secretly in love, and Gera - just about the beautiful life. They decide to expand their business and open a fashionable detailing. To do this, the heroes try to earn money for a garage, but each attempt, often due to Gera's carelessness, ends in failure or losses. And nevertheless, Vartan and Gera are preparing to open a detailing. They learn from competitors, but as a result they damage Vartan's car, recruit staff, but run into ex-convicts who rob them. Vartan then gives up and decides to give up his dream... But loyal friend Gera unexpectedly makes the right choice and comes to the rescue.
