1963 • E86 Dec 28, 1963 7mThe Pentagon gives Otto a rank of second lieutenant. Unfortunately, Otto's new rank makes him an obnoxious and arrogant bully. In the end, Otto loses his new rank when he attacks General Halftrack, his pet General Pussycat and the other officers in the officers' mess. Meanwhile, Beetle and his pals want to go to the big dance. But it's for officers only, and Sarge is determined that it'll stay that way. They try to sneak through the barbed wire, then a minefield.
