The sergeant orders Beetle and Zero to stay in the kitchen of Camp Swampy, and not to interfere with General Halftrack's birthday party, as he doesn't want anything to go wrong. Wanting to do something nice for the commanding officer, the boys try to create a big birthday cake for the general- a cake large enough for the entire base.
