"Noveltoons" was a classic U.S. animated cartoon series produced by Famous Studios for Paramount Pictures from 1943 to 1967. The series was considered to be the successor to the "Color Classics" series produced by Fleischer Studios. Many popular animated characters were first introduced through "Noveltoons," including Casper the Friendly Ghost, Herman and Katnip, Little Audrey and Baby Huey.

Top CatThe head of Blockbuster Pictures, J.C. Bandwagon, sends his men out to find a "new talent" for his upcoming picture, "Top Cat" (not the TV series!). He sends out his talent scouts and they come back empty. He goes out looking himself, and when he approaches a woman, she screams and he lands in jail. He discovers a new Jimmy Cagney coming out of the bank, but the man proves to be a bank robber- back to jail. He holds auditions and is unimpressed... until a marvelous cat appears. The cat sings "When You're Wearing The Right Kind Of Hat." He also does imitations, such as that of Winston Churchill in a bowler hat. - Fine Feathered FriendE19
Fine Feathered FriendLittle Papoose, an Indian chief's son, watches his pal win a feather from the chief for doing a good deed. He must come up with an eagle's feather for his bonnet before he can become a brave. He knows where an eagle roosts, so he decides to go after his own. He tries to raid the eagle while it is on a nest, but fails. He constantly chases the eagle trying to get the feather. When he finally traps the eagle, he doesn't have the heart to steal the feather. The eagle feels sorry for him for trying, and he helps the papoose get a feather anyway. Litttle Papoose goes back to the tribe and wraps himself in a blanket with the eagle, its feather sticking out. He becomes an Indian brave.
