The pack decides to throw a party near a field where Gabu told Mei to meet him so he could show her something spectacular that she might like. If mei goes back home, she will miss out on the surprise he wanted to show her so he has to keep her entertained just outside of the area until the party is over. So Gabu has to do a lot of running back and forth between the party and Mei.
