Though Cris tries to dissuade her from lying on the stand, Natalie continues to insist that she did sleep with Mitch and deserves a large settlement. Mitch tries to calm a guilt-ridden Lindsay by assuring her that all the evidence will point directly to Todd. Meanwhile, Nora tells Bo she doesn't believe Todd is guilty of Sam's murder. Asa triumphantly informs Renee that Rae is finally giving him a divorce with no strings attached. Hank shows Bo and Nora a typed confession allegedly authored by Todd before he fled Llanview. Lindsay tearfully breaks the news of Sam's death to her devastated daughter. Certain her brother is innocent, Viki tells Bo how Todd couldn't even kill Mitch when he had the chance.
