Lena Raitmeier has just successfully presented the new range of chocolates from 'Hamburg Food & Beverages', today for her birthday when she and her family have to go to the airport in Bavaria, after all, her father is turning 80 - and now he is being 'released', one word, which is to be equated with resignation. The news hits her like a slap in the face. Lena is devastated. She believed she was in control of her life: she is a successful manager, the relationship with her married lover Kai is going well, and her daughter Sarah is doing well at high school. And now a message she hadn't even remotely expected.
