17-year-old Niklas (Joey's Jungle) loses his parents in a house fire and has to move in with his aunt Adelheid (Daniel Gatzke) and her selfish partner Bernd (Lars Fricke) in the tranquil small town of Oberucken. He soon realizes that he is the only normal person in the whole village. But just when he has almost given up hope, Jonas (Jonas Ems) suddenly appears.
