Noddy is delayed and an unsure Mr Wobbly Man treats the Skittles like they are little babies which at first they love but then become bored. At a loss for what to do next, Mr Wobbly Man makes them go to bed - in the middle of the afternoon! When Noddy eventually turns up he tells him children like having fun, and that they might like what Mr Wobbly Man thinks is fun - making jelly! The Skittles love causing chaos in the Jelly Bowl, Mr Wobbly Man finally relaxes and the Skittles think he's the best babysitter ever.
