Jumbo accidentally knocks Clockwork mouse's house down. Again. Just by trying to get inside. Clockwork mouse needs a bigger house and Noddy and the townsfolk help to build it. But then that house gets knocked down too! Noddy remembers the sticky custard Tessie was making and they make bathfulls of the stuff using it to stick the blocks together for a Jumbo-proof house for Clockwork Mouse.
