Noddy tries to stay one step ahead and when the Little Skittles card for Tessie is so big it has to move on the Skittles' wagon, it gives Noddy the idea of keeping Tessie's picnic on wheels to keep it mobile. Then Noddy has the idea to use his trailer, and Tessie really is surprised when she finally sees her birthday parade.
