Escobar Gallardo seeks reconstructive surgery for his wife from Sean and Christian, and also Michelle, who agrees to the surgery and attempts to perform it solo. When she's caught in the OR by Christian, he enlists Sean and Liz in the operation. In recovery, Liz holds a gun to Escobar, who is killed by his wife. Sean sells out to Christian and heads to California. Matt and Christian face the reality of their romantic relationships.
