He lives with his papa, his mama, friend Randi and Tordy. Living in a fun and happy life, Neo Bear explores new dreams and overcomes all difficulties to realize the dream every day.

Magical MagNeoNeo Bear and Tordy the Turtle happened to know that Panda Duke had turned all Dream Town animals into cards and hidden them over the town. They decide to rescue the animals. At this point, DadBear gives them his new invention: the super magnifier, which could turn things alive. With this magnifier, Neo Bear and Tordy start their animal searching adventure. At last, they find out all animals' card and help them back to normal with the magnifier.
