A Naval officer is found dead on a cruise ship. The team investigates and discovers the man socialized with Mcgee's Mother in law, who's been estranged from Delilah. The woman appears to not know anything. But someone plants a bomb in her condo , they talk to her again and learn the man was investigating the death of a family friend who worked on the ship he was on. They wonder do both deaths have a connection.
