After following the turncoat DEA agent to Las Vegas, Nash goes undercover as "Teddy Malone" to flush out Jimmy Z. In the process, Nash summons Evan and Harvey to come to Vegas to help him catch Jimmy Z's henchman who escaped custody. Cassidy follows Evan and proposes to him to which he says "yes" and then proceeds to go undercover at outdoor lounge with Harvey where they spot the escaped henchman and chase him into the hotel kitchen.
