Mr Bean wants to get to the seaside without spending a penny! Mr Bean is on his way to the seaside when the mini runs out of petrol. Undeterred he manages to get a push, but for some reason the do-gooders don't want to push him all the way to the beach! Instead he uses wind power, piggy backs on a car transporter and harnesses up some horses to try and get to his destination.
