E6 Dec 10, 2014 45mJames and Adam Price travel to the small town of Elkhorn, which is located in the middle of the prairie in the American state of Iowa. Here the mayor is called Stan Jens, and his neighbors - they are called Pedersen, Frederiksen and Hansen and are descendants of Danish settlers. The whole town eats meatballs and sausage rolls on rye bread made from wheat flour. The mayor tries his hand at home-made liver pâté, which tastes quite a lot of caramel, and at the town's cafe they serve Mediterranean sausage with apple slices - for breakfast... So it is with some excitement that Brødrene Price invites the town to a traditional Danish Christmas lunch with jam, herring and old cheese.
