Chase Suno and his friends, Jinja and Bren, are on a search for Chase's father, Jeredy Suno. However, they soon become involved in something else upon reaching their father's lab and becoming involved with an organism known as Monsuno. Chase, choosing to side with his father's work, denies S.T.O.R.M. access to the Monsuno and escapes. They are now on the run from the military organization, S.T.O.R.M., while still looking for Chase's father. However, a mysterious organization also has his eyes set on Chase and the group's Monsuno.

They discover Chase's father had created a Monsuno called Quickforce who is being held in the cold, scientific hands of S.T.O.R.M., and they're experimenting on him. Our three teens stage a brave infiltration of the S.T.O.R.M. facility in order to free Quickforce. - Underground

Our three meet up with a rich old woman who sends them into the "Underground" on Jeredy's trail. But, the Underground is a Fight Club for Monsuno. Plus, Beyal is having some scary visions that he can't quite decipher. Worst of all, Dr. Klipse makes his move and invites Chase to join his organization. - Deceit

While contemplating this vision Chase is attacked by a S.T.O.R.M. soldier. In fear of what Lock might do, Chase orders Lock away. In the desert, Lock happens upon a Monsuno core buried in the ground and absorbs its essence. In this confused state, a former S.T.O.R.M. agent named Jack uses Lock for his own purposes. - Light

Then Chase and the others chase after him and Chase eventually gets the book as he is captured. The bookman tries to make Lock his Monsuno, but it doesn't work. The Dawnmaster battles The Bookman's Monsuno Cheeclaw. - Ice

Worried, Chase and the gang take Beyal to Tiger's Lair with Master Ey. He tells them to save Beyal, they must travel to the Cave of Convergence. It's deep in the icy mountains of Northpoint. To save Beyal, they must risk their lives to get him to that cave! - Remembrance

第 26 集RisingAn all out battle takes place between the Eklipse Organization, Core-Tech, and S.T.O.R.M. The battle ends with Core-Tech's victory and Lock is fused with another of Chase's Monsuno's by Eklipse's base exploding. Afterwards, Jeredy gives Chase the trigger switch to decide the fate of the Monsuno. However, believing there could be a way for Monsuno and humans to live in peace, Chase throws the trigger switch away.
