Poul Thomsen was 'Dus med dyrene' - and the Danes were dus with Poul Thomsen. In his programs, contemporary topics such as the Cold War, the nuclear race and fear of the future were banned. There was to be coziness and talk about cute pets. But every now and then the cozy uncle showed his claws.
