Parnell an undercover FBI agent infiltrated the organization of Mike Apollo and tried to record Apolllo to incriminate himself but Apollo finds the tape recorder and has Parnell tortured to reveal who he is working for. So Jim has to find Parnell. To do that he plans to make Joe Epic his rival think that Apollo had something to do with his wife's death.
