The security video shows he got a handgun, almost certainly from visiting auto shop owner Fabian Dewael, and used it in a carjacking. Both belonged to the same violent robbers gang ,until Kenny left 9 years ago, after the traumatic death of a third gangster. Junior Bofane, the killer from a rival gang, was paroled days ago. Kenny swore revenge, but in fact he only roughed up the African and gave him two days to leave forever. Computer research shows Kenny has a half-brother in the gang, Mitch Reyers, in whose home he was hidden.
