Meanwhile, Fredrik thinks his Crosby listing's massive terrace could be perfect for trained pets, so he invites over a great dane, a parrot, and a Steve Gold for viewings. And a new up-and-coming agent, Tyler, joins the crew, re-inventing himself....along with the entire New York City real estate market.

Four Men and a BabyOn the season finale, Ryan and Luis host a dinner party to sell their listing, but struggle to rein in Ramona from The Real Housewives of New York City, who can't help but criticize the decor. Meanwhile, Fredrik's listing isn't big enough to satisfy his buyer's needs, so he tries to sell her a different unit, even if it's one he doesn't technically represent. On the other hand, Steve and Jess find selling together to be difficult, but if they're going to get their deal done, they'll need to learn to negotiate as a team. And Tyler goes out for the biggest listing of his career.... but if he can't wrap up this Nomad mansion with a private pool, he might be underwater with his bosses for good.
