تدور احداث المسلسل حول مدرس اول للغة العربية في احدى القرى الريفية تدعى ميت باريز, وهو محبوب جدا" من أهالى القرية ويحاول استغلال حبهم لكى ينير بصيرتهم لما يفعله العمدة و طلبه عضو مجلس الشعب عن هده القريه من فساد,وفى وسط الاحداث يذهب الى فرنسا وتحدث له بعض المفارقات الكوميدية,وعندما يعود تبدأ المواجهه بينة وبين أعداءه, فمن الدى سوف ينتصر فى النهاية.
