S3 • E6 Dec 28, 2007 25mConman Carlo, an old beau of grandma Fonkel, turns up and courts her just when she felt neglected by grandpa. The luxury goods he gives her and sells in the village at suspiciously low prices are fake, even so badly made that the perfume the commissioner buys causes an ugly rash. Furthermore, Carlo convinces the gilded girl to 'invest' 10,000 in his business, and plays the same tricks on other women, to have a sizable fortune when he disappears with the loot. The commissioner decides to act as bait for a trap, dressed up as a rich widow.
