Episode 5Matthew revisits the topic of how smooth he is with the women working behind the scenes of Criminal Minds. The self-proclaiming "lady's man" strikes up a conversation with Lily Kershaw, who played a guest role in the show and had several of her songs featured during episodes. Her father, Glenn, a prominent member of the production staff interrupts with a strongly-worded warning towards Matthew. Guest star James Van Der Beek is caught off-guard when approached by an "old friend" from "The Creek" that he somehow cannot remember. Matthew later confronts guest star Jason Alexander over past controversy surrounding his previous work on Seinfeld.
