Molina and Mércia plan to remove Luma's biological father, with an eye on the child's fortune. 12 years have passed. Mavi is impressed by Viola, seeing her doing acrobatics at the traffic lights. In Angra dos Reis, Molina fears that Luma's relationship with Rudá could hinder his plans. Rudá and Luma make a love pact. After a few years in Paris, Luma returns to Brazil, much to Molina's despair. Luma tells Rudá that she came back to marry him. Moema reminds Rudá that the woman in his life is yet to arrive. Mavi takes advantage of Mércia's absence and installs micro cameras in Molina's office. Molina offers Mavi a job. Molina criticizes Luma and Rudá's relationship and shows her compromising photos of the boy. Viola doesn't feel comfortable in Molina's presence. Berta tells Molina that Henrique will stay on the island for a while with his wife and son. Luma hires Viola as his kitchen assistant. Viola reveals to Luma that she is not in love with Mavi.
