He's at his wit's end and is ready to pack up if real estate agent Todd can find them something bigger, newer and move-in ready. She loves their little house, though, and hopes designer Jillian can turn their "dysfunction junction" into an organized dream space. The home's location on a quiet cul de sac will be hard for Todd to match and Jillian knows houses of this vintage can have big issues, but both are determined to win this family over.
