Using his father's failing health as an excuse, MAN-BUN goes to meet SIU-LAU again, begging her not to break up. Meanwhile, YUET-LAN informs that NGO-TIN has invested and formed a new troupe, intending to invite SIU-LAU to perform. KWOK-TUNG's cotton mill has recorded a drastic decline in business, so KWOK-TUNG decides to fold the company.
