In this episode, Lidia creates a delicious meal of celery stalks stuffed with gorgonzola and apples; mouthwatering lamb ragu prepared with an array of peppers and potatoes and for a sweet finish, a gianduia cake made of hazelnuts and chocolate-a Piedmontese tradition.
