Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends on a sports candy picnic. With their help, Ziggy discovers what kind of table you need for a picnic, what you need to make the best picnic, and that his tummy makes a suprising noise when he gets hungry. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic with a special push-up for his super move of the day and Stephanie shows Trixie how to drink from a coconut. Mayor offers some helpful advice to Stingy after Stingy eats too much candy. Sportacus shows us how to move like a robot and Robbie Rotten makes his secret recipe for the most energetic drink in the whole world.
