While investigating on an unreported rape case, Det. Olivia Benson crosses paths once again with FBI agent Dana Lewis, whom she'd encountered the previous year during an active hate crime on children at a public school, and discovers that the rape victim is an FBI informant. Agent Lewis and Det. Benson join forces to track down a suspected rapist/terrorist. Lewis later makes Benson an offer she can't refuse!
