A woman who appears to have been sexually assaulted is brought to the hospital. The doctor calls SVU and they arrive but problem is that the woman can't speak so she can't tell them who did it. They also learn that the woman is being beaten. So they wonder did the one who assaulted also beat her or was she beaten by someone else. They discover that ones who did that to her are close to her and they have to find a way to handle it.
