Kahoko struggles with her self-doubt and admits to being afraid of appearing on stage again while Kaji says that he'd long given up on playing music. Kaji faces the stage again and plays beautifully with everyone, after Hino plays her violin in Osaki's place. To thank her Kaji kisses her hand.
