First PartAn experimental class for "special" police forces with students from each of the former Yugoslavian countries is formed with direct funding from Javier Solana. Professor Labud, the class teacher, holds a lesson which serves as an introduction to the students, collectively known as Kursadzije. The class consists of: Montenegrin policeman Djuro; Slovenian Janez, a bisexual with preference for men; Crazy Milojko, a Serbian farmer with a knack for nationalistic jokes; Hrvoje, teacher's pet from Sisak, Croatia; Fiko, a not-very-bright Bosnian man; and Dimce, self-proclaimed sex expert from Prdejci, a small village in Macedonia.
