Dismissed from military service, the captain of the special operations forces Egor Morozov returns "from a hot spot" to his hometown. Here he left a younger brother, a "successful businessman", in fact, known in criminal circles under the name "Moroz", the leader of the organized criminal group Kirill Morozov. On the day they meet, Kirill is killed by an unknown killer. Egor is determined to find and punish the murderers of his brother. An old friend and accomplice of his brother, Slava, nicknamed "Bayun", cannot help in solving the case. Therefore, Egor gets a job as an ordinary opera in the police.
