For 6 years German Dr. Frank Hofmann has been a doctor and manager in a hospital in the Philippines. This soap depicts the lives, loves, and small excitements of Frank and his co-workers, set against a beautiful landscape. When French lawyer Valentine learns about Hofmann's whereabouts from a newspaper article, he takes the next plane to take bloody revenge, believing that Hofmann's incompetence killed his wife and child several years ago.
