On the spot, Jean-Michel, a boss desperate by the failure of his establishment, and Fréderic, a chef with a strong character who no longer has the taste for a job well done! Eight years ago, when they started the business, it was quite successful, but for the past three years, the two men have been going in circles during the services and are unable to question themselves. Philippe Etchebest will have to fight against the boss's preconceived ideas, and above all use all his authority to convince the chef to change his bad habits. Philippe has known chefs who have given him a hard time, but Fréderic dethroned them all! Another encounter that holds many surprises for our two-starred chef.
