But it also made him understand how much he loved her. That's too much for Victoria. She asks for a divorce. And to her surprise, Jack doesn't put up a fight and she moves out into her own place. At first, she just stays inside. She's numb. Then Rita comes to see her. She's worried. Victoria needs to get out and start putting her life back together. You never know who your friends are. Victoria goes back to work and Matthew is thrilled to see her. He even takes her to a self-defense class designed especially for women. When it is her turn, Victoria knocks the instructor to the ground and pummels him. All of her bottled rage comes pouring out and it frightens her.
