When a meal is downright delicious, it can put you in the comfort zone, and that is just what Chef JJ does for his special guests Shaun King and his wife Rai. He starts out with golden brown and delicious southern fried chicken with just the right crisp. He serves it with an over-the-top flavorful twice-baked potato that is stuffed with fresh crab meat and shredded cheese. Homemade ice tea is the only thing to serve with this meal, and the guests sum it all up in just one word..."YUM!"
