Episode 5John and Lisa are bringing some new ideas to some festive classics in their Christmas Kitchen this week. They start with a take on Glamorgan sausages served with a chilli jam. Then John has his Nana’s recipe for an indulgent roast chicken with cranberry stuffing and ‘naughty’ mash - a very tasty alternative to traditional turkey and the trimmings. Lisa has the ‘ultimate nut roast’- a dish all their family insist on on Christmas Day - whether they’re vegetarian or not. And it is served with John’s hot piccalilli sauce.
