S1 • E220 Jun 27, 2010 24mLaxmibai tells Samar Singh that she will take Gangadhar Rao back to Jhansi, along with the treasure. She also tells him that Gangadhar had made a deal with the British to give him the administrative powers of 11 villages if he returns the treasure. Karma overhears their conversation and instigates the villagers to kill Gangadhar and acquire the treasure. Lord Dalhousie sends a letter to Sakhubai, Jankibai and Lacho asking them to vacate the palace by next morning. Karma and his group of revolutionaries try to stop Laxmibai from taking Gangadhar Rao to Jhansi. But Laxmibai vows to kill anyone who tries to stop her. Karma asks Laxmibai what relation she has with Gangadhar. Tatya Guru arrives and explains to the revolutionaries, how important it is for Gangadhar Rao to return to Jhansi. Inspite of this, Karma rushes ahead to kill Gangadhar, but Laxmibai counterattacks him. Laxmibai promises the villagers that she will never break their trust.
