They also find Gangadhar Rao's letter saying that he will take over the eleven villages from the British if the revolutionaries hand over the British treasure. Gangadhar Rao and his soldiers march towards the revolutionaries along with the British soldiers. Martin is sure that Gangadhar Rao will be either killed by the revolutionaries, or the British army will kill him. Meanwhile, the revolutionaries too prepare to fight with Gangadhar Rao. Karma finds the letter from Ganesh's corpse and realises that Laxmibai wants to establish peace with Gangadhar Rao. Karma burns the letter. Although Samar Singh notices the letter, Karma manages to hide its contents. The women from Laxmibai's group ask her to stop the war in order to avoid more deaths. When they try to fight with Gangadhar Rao, a group of women headed by Laxmibai comes between the two groups.
