S1 • E199 May 27, 2010 24mGangdhar is inconsolable at Laxmibais betrayal and starts to drink. Meanwhile, Sunder is inconsolable that the king had spoken to her about Samars arrest, thinking she was the queen. She decides to confess the truth to him. Sunder is about to meet Gangadhar but Aaishri stops her. Gangadhar's dove, Saawariya, brings Gangadhar's portrait to the place where Laxmibai is staying with the ascetics. However, just then, Shraddha, Acharyas daughter, arrives. Laxmibai reveals her name as Manu to them. A drunken Gangadhar Rao orders Motibai to dance, and she is forced to perform for him. However, he voices his displeasure at the way she danced, and collapses. Saawariya drops a flower on Gangadhar. On the other hand, Laxmbai prays to the Lord to protect Gangadhar. Sunder secretly enters Gangadhar's room and confesses the truth to him.
