S1 • E153 Mar 24, 2010 24mSakhubai tells Laxmibai that the treasury of Jhansi is empty due to Gangadhars generous nature. Laxmibai meets Bhopatkar and tells him that they should not pay any extra money to the British. Bhopatkar agrees with Laxmibai. Laxmibai wants to meet Gangadhar to discuss the problem of repaying the loan. But Aaishri does not allow her to meet Gangadhar. Laxmibai tells Bhopatkar to take the letter that she has written to the British without Gangadhar reading it as they have very less time. Aaishri tells Gangadhar that Laxmibai has sent the letter without his permission. Gangadhar gets angry and bans Bhopatkar from all court proceedings. Gangadhar gets angry on Laxmibai for taking such an important decision without his permission. He takes away all the administrative rights from Laxmibai.
