LUNG is very angry as SAN refuses to manage the wine factory. LUNG drives him away. FANG cannot concentrate on her work since SAN has returned. She is disappointed when she found out that SAN is going to marry the daughter of the CHAN’s family, SEE CHAI. SUNG forces SAN to catch fish in the river so as to recall their happy childhood. KOU thinks that LUNG is in bad mood as he always quarrels with SAN. He thus always finds fault on him to vent his anger. KOU intends to leave the wine factory. YIU tries her best to make LUNG and SAN reconcile. LUNG is glad. However, SAN is very dissatisfied with the marriage arrangement. KOU apologizes to LUNG for YIU’s sake. Indeed, KOU does not agree with LUNG. KOU sees YIU drunk. He recalls boss KOWK’s suggestion. They denounce SHUNG who has stolen the wine-making formula and beat him terribly. SAN is angry at LUNG who forces SHUNG to admit his fault relying on violence……
