From Chania and Elounda in Crete, to Luguria and Tuscany in Italy, each episode of James Martin’s Mediterranean sees James arrive at a different port to meet local chefs, farmers and ex-pats, before finding out how best to cook and get the best out of the Med’s biounious ingredients.
