Harmon "Harm" Rabb Jr. is a former pilot turned lawyer working for the military's JAG (Judge Advocate General) division, the elite legal wing of officers that prosecutes and defends those accused of military-related crimes. He works closely with Lt. Col. Sarah Mackenzie, and together they do what needs to be done to find the truth.

    Gypsy EyesTwo MiGs shoot down Harm and Mac; they eject, and two gypsies befriend them. The admiral follows them to Moscow, then Webb also. After a shootout the good guys help Harm and Mac to continue, and he hears about his father's life and death.

    Angels 30When a fighter pilot claims he heard the voice of God tell him not to fire on an attacking Iraqi, Harm and Mac are sent in to investigate his claim. Despite the pilot's assertions that he heard God, Harm insists on finding a more ""military"" explanation. When Harm fails from the ground to discover the origination of the voice, he suggests that Rice duplicate his earlier mission to see what they can learn about the incident in the sky.

    Mr. Rabb Goes to WashingtonA TV-news network airs a report alleging that a Marine team has used sarin gas to assassinate three renegade US civilians working at a plant producing chemical WMDs for Saddam Hussein. Harm advises Rep. Bobbi Latham and her House inquiry.

    The Black JetHarm and Mac's original mission is to represent a Navy flier whose Stealth jet is thought to have crashed in Iran due to a mechanical failure. But when the pilot slips Harm a message indicating that the $80 million plane didn't crash and is hidden, the assignment becomes nearly impossible: get the pilot -- and the costly aircraft -- back to the U.S. without letting the Iranians know that the plane is intact.

    Silent ServiceA US submarine experiences a series of mishaps and illnesses. Harm and Mac investigate while at sea; they suspect that someone aboard has induced the problems. Harm figures it out, and the bad guy tries but fails to put them out of his way.

    Nobody's ChildA five-year-old abused girl dies during a field trip to a Naval museum in Washington, DC. Harm, taking a strong personal interest, investigates. He and LCdr. Coulter find many answers plus the victim's twin sister. Bud passes the bar exam.

    ShakedownNumerous power outages & a ruptured steam line injuring a sailor sends Mac & Harm to the aircraft carrier USS CORAL SEA. While there, they discover two civilian technical representatives onboard and their plan to steal over a million dollars in cash from the Disbursement Office vault; as well as their plan to smuggle it off the carrier. Adm. Chegwiggen helps a former juvenile delinquent who became a decorated SEAL face his leukemia.

    The AdversariesBud's first case as a newly sworn in JAG attorney is to defend his father, a retired Navy Chief who's been accused of having been involved in defrauding the Navy when he was in charge of Ship's Stores. Though the two have been estranged, Bud feels a strong obligation to his father, who specifically requested him to be his attorney. Harm is the designated prosecutor, which spooks Bud, as he knows he's going up against the best.

    Second SightAfter a call from a priest, Mac sees her dying estranged father and her estranged mother as well. Mac feels and expresses much anger and frustration, yet she reaches some resolution with each of them. Harm gets laser surgery on his eyes.

    Wilderness of MirrorsThe admiral gets help from the gang to prepare him to argue a case before the Supreme Court of the US, but the case suddenly becomes moot. Meanwhile Clark Palmer plays head games with Harm, involving LCdr. Jordi Parker as well; Harm wins.

    Soul SearchingTerrorists in Italy have kidnapped a CIA agent, who is important to both Webb and the admiral; Webb has begun efforts to rescue him, and he draws in the admiral. The two go to Italy and ply their craft. It's new-car time in Washington.

    Yeah BabyHarm requests a change back to a Naval aviator. Chloe makes pithy comments about boys and relationships. Bud prosecutes a Marine staff sergeant about her pregnancy. Two women give birth. Harm and Mac exchange contingent promises.

    GoodbyesHarm pursues a lead about Annie's killer. After the christening of the Roberts baby, Harm follows and finds Charlie and Dar-lin, who then starts toward an adoption. Harm receives orders to the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, and he leaves.
