- CoougeNovember 28, 2025What the heck happened? The first episode was good, but this one turned into a forceful lecture of “black good, white bad” scene after scene.
- Ty LeetNovember 5, 2025Aaaaand that’s enough TV for today
- DTSaitoNovember 3, 2025Episode 2 hits the sweet spot of eerie atmosphere and emotional depth — and its intro alone is absolutely fabulous! From there, the episode takes bold steps: the grocery-store horror sequence where shelves warp and pickle jars hold more than pickles is genuinely disturbing. Meanwhile, the characters (what’s left of them) are given real weight: Lilly’s trauma, the town’s ugly undercurrents of racism and neglect, and the creeping sense that this place’s evil is rooted deep. All in all, episode 2 is an impressive mix of visceral chills and psychological complexity. If the series keeps building like this, it’s shaping into a standout for me..
- The Gutter MonkeyNovember 19, 2025Episode one: Kids die. Episode two: Kids dei.
- ahwooOctober 31, 2025Fantastic episode. More please !
- PeteNovember 1, 2025Episode 2 of Welcome to Derry digs deeper into the town’s creepy history and its new characters, keeping the 1960s setting rich with mood and detail. The story focuses on the Hanlon family moving to Derry and the kids Lilly and Ronnie, mixing real-world tensions like racism and guilt with growing supernatural horror. The episode delivers some truly unsettling moments — especially Lilly’s visions and Ronnie’s nightmare — though a few scenes go a bit over the top. There’s also a lot going on, with the military subplot and multiple storylines sometimes making things feel crowded. Still, the mystery builds nicely, and the final discovery hints that something much darker is buried under Derry’s surface. Overall, it’s a strong, eerie follow-up that keeps the tension and atmosphere high, even if it’s not perfect. Note. Rumors say PENNY WISE will show up in or around episode 5 But that is just a rumor . Either way I’m looking forward to each and every episodes.
